farine &#8211; lait &#8211; muscade , sel &amp; poivre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Tremper le soja dans un saladier d\u2019eau chaude pendant 10 mn.<br>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200\u00b0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire revenir \u00e0 feu vif, dans un peu d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, les \u00e9chalotes, l\u2019ail \u00e9cras\u00e9, 6 carottes r\u00e2p\u00e9es assez finement, les herbes et le sel &amp; poivre pendant 5 min.<br>Y ajouter une bouteille de passata, le soja \u00e9goutt\u00e9 et laisser mijoter 15 min.<br>Pendant ce temps, faire une b\u00e9chamel.<br>Huiler un plat rectangulaire.<br>D\u00e9poser une couche de carottes-soja puis une couche de feuilles de lasagnes puis une couche de b\u00e9chamel.<br>Renouveler 2 fois et terminer par une couche de b\u00e9chamel et de l\u2019emmental.<br>Enfourner 45 min et \u00e9ventuellement 5 min suppl\u00e9mentaires sous le grill.<br>Servir avec une salade verte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Vous pouvez accompagner ce plat avec une bouteille de <strong>vin rouge <\/strong><\/em><br><em><strong>\u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;\u00eele de ma m\u00e8re &#8211;
